Important Information & Policies
Room Duration: Each Room Activity typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes, depending on each participant's pace and engagement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We do not offer refunds for canceled bookings. However, we provide the flexibility to reschedule or transfer your booking to another date or person. The rescheduled or transferred booking must be utilized within 15 days from the originally booked activity date.
Management Rights: The management reserves the right to change or cancel a booking with prior notice. In the event of such changes or cancellations initiated by the management, a full refund will be processed.
Liability: Neon Splash is not liable for any injuries or damages caused to you, your children, or your clothing during any of our Activities. Participation is at your own risk.
Property Damage: Any damage caused to items or the premises by participants will be charged additionally. Please treat our property with care.
