Payments made to NeonSplash are non-refundable. In the event that a payee is unable to attend a booked slot, we offer the option to reschedule to another available slot within the next 30 days. If, after 30 days and two rescheduled bookings, the slot remains unused, the payment will be considered forfeited by the payee.
